Our Story
The Pipefitter Calculator
was first developed as an Excel
spreadsheet by a pipefitter superintendent employed by a large
power plant constructor. He saw the need for an application that
would immediately and accurately calculate the mathematical
equations necessary for his trade. Excitement grew as
other co-workers on-site became aware of the spreadsheet and
inquired as to how they could obtain one as well. The
spreadsheet ultimately developed into a stand-alone application
developed for PDA's utilizing the Windows Mobile OS.
Since it's release, we have had many
request for a PC version of the Pipefitter Calculator from
technical / vocational schools, construction companies,
fabrication shops, etc. Provision Construction Concepts is
proud to announce that a PC version will arrive soon, so keep
checking our website!
